An introduction to Quality and Outcomes Framework data

On 31 August 2005, the NHS Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) published GP practice level data relating to the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) of the new General Medical Services contract (nGMS) for the 2004â"2005 financial year. As the nGMS came into force on 01 April 2004, 2004â"2005 represents the first financial year for which QOF information is available for England.
