Health Inequalities Intervention Tool
We have pleasure in presenting the "Health Inequalities Intervention Tool" developed by the Association of Public Health Observatories and the Department of Health. The tool is designed to help Spearhead Primary Care Trusts and partner local authorities in developing their LDP plans and commissioning commitments in support of achieving the PSA Life expectancy target, and aligning them with their LAA plans. The tool, along with FAQs and technical guidance, can be downloaded from the London Health Observatory website .
As the tool is currently a prototype, it will be developed further, we would be grateful for any feedback you have on its usefulness in assisting LDP planning and other action to reduce health inequalities. Please send any comments to Justine Fitzpatrick.
