Why Children Die Interactive Workshop - Sheffield

A full day beginning with presentations to provide an overview of the â~Why Children DieâTM report, the clinical findings of the study and how this work relates to Working Together to Safeguard Children (HM Government 2006). Issues raised by the presentations will be explored through a panel discussion. Participants will then be divided into groups for breakout sessions where they will examine case histories taken from the Why Children Die enquiry.
Suitable for all primary and secondary healthcare professionals providing care to children, those working within LSCBs or contributing to safeguarding children and health service commissioners and risk managers responsible for childrenâTMs services.
