Outline
To train DET users from beginner/intermediate level to Advanced User Level, at the end you should know how to:
- Create NDTMS records
- Edit NDTMS records
- Delete Records (but only if absolutely necessary)
- Create basic and advanced data extracts
- Manage User Accounts
- Generate Key Worker Reports
- Modify the DET settings for your Agency
- Resolve day to day issues for your DET users
To train DAMS users from beginner/intermediate level to Advanced User Level, at the end you should know how to:
- Validate NDTMS CSV files
- Check and resolve data quality issues
- Manage the situation if your file generates any FATAL, ERROR or WARN message
- Submit NDTMS CSV files for Loading
